Undertaking: حلف نامہ, I hereby affirm that I shall abide by the constitution, regulations, and by-laws of Jehandad Education and Rehab Foundation (JEAR). I shall never engage in immoral, illegal, or unlawful activities. I shall remain faithful to the country and the people of Pakistan. I shall not use the platform of JEAR for personal benefit, business interests, or for or against any political party or any private/public entity.
If I am found guilty of violating JEAR's code of conduct, I shall be personally held responsible, and my membership shall be cancelled forthwith. I understand that the decision of the Foundation in this regard is final, conclusive, and binding on me, and the Foundation is not obliged to explain or justify its decision. Moreover, I agree that I do not reserve any right of appeal against the decision of the Foundation.
